Wayne and Susan Moberly recently commisioned Euro World Design to help them design a new Old World Style home. The couples new home will be placed in the Old World/Euro World community of the St. Andrews Club located on the beautiful golf course of the Millwood Golf & Racquet Club, located just Southwest of Springfield, Mo.

The St. Andrews Club is a gated community that was designed where you feel like you are walking into an old community in Normandy, France. It definitely has that village feel. In this small village community you will find homes we have designed that make up our Court Yard Cottage Collection. A lot of the materials are stone, stucco, timbering, shake roofs, shutters, and copper finials on the roofs. A water fall adds to the natural setting in the center of the community.

The build will be on a front to back grade of about a 6 foot drop. The rear of the home will look out over a creek bed and onto one of the fairways. Doug Pitts of Doug Pitts Construction will be the contractor. Doug has done a wonderful job in the past at making Euro World homes look great. We feel he will be a good fit for the build and the relationship.

The Moberly's have been wonderful folks to work with and we are excited about their new home almost as much as they are. Here you will find a rendering of our first concept. We will be following the build of this new addition to the St. Andrew's community and will post the process as it unfolds this year.
